This unique double sided cloisonne pendant was bought from a vintage jewelry supply shop. The pendant is a large rectangle with the same picture featured on both the front and back sides of the pendant.
It features four friends out and about in the town. Brown enamel is used for their hats and clothing. The whole scenery is featured against a white enamel background. It is a beautiful piece of enamel work and must have been made by a very skilled artist.
The pendant is threaded onto a natural brown round leather cord and finished with a magnetic clasp. Hand made copper wire beads and brass filigree beads pick up some of the colors from the pendant and enhance the look of the necklace.

Care: Leather is porous and chemical sprays must be avoided. Gentle cleaning with a leather cleaner for the cord and a moist cloth for the pendant will keep the necklace dirt free. Storing it in a tarnish proof container will help all the metals used in the necklace stay shiny.
