This necklace is inspired by my enameling classes. I bought the pendant from a professional jeweler class mate. The Silk Cord gives the pendant a casual look and is very appropriate with the light hearted theme of the pendant. Wearable comfortable weight.
• Green is a great color and is wearable year round. It dresses up an outdoor outfit; say a summer beach wedding and a more formal office attire as well.
• The Silk cord s is multicolor and enhances the green in the pendant.
• I use a macramé “clasp” featured in jewelry sold for charity work (in a catalogue published) by a famous movie star.
Dimensions:
• The necklace can be worn from 24” and 26” (by sliding the macramé knot).
• The pendant is a 2” circle.
• The bail is 10mm and is removable and the pendant can be used with other chains making the piece versatile and multipurpose.
• The clasp is l0 mm in size and is easy to use.
Care:
The cord is silk and cannot be soaked in water or chemicals. The enamel is not baked due to all the work on it and must be kept away from chemicals. A gentle wipe down with a soft cloth would do fine.
